Payments

We accept payment via PayPal, Credit Card or PayNow.

For PayNow, please specify your Order Number in the reference field and make your transfer to the following UEN - T17LL1084E or scan the QR code below.

 

Delivery

For orders to Singapore - Free shipping for orders over SGD40 for products and SGD98 for livestock, otherwise, SGD2.90 local shipping for products and SGD12.50 for livestock to any location except Jurong Island. Estimated delivery time is 3 to 5 working days.

For everywhere else - please drop us a message on WhatsApp or FB Messenger.

 

Our Returns Policy

Madshrimp is 110% committed to your satisfaction! If your purchase is found to have defects (broken, leaking, etc), please inform us via our various social media channels within 3 days from the date of delivery/purchase. We will replace your order, no questions asked!

You may also choose to head down to our office to do a 1 to 1 product swap.

 

Livestock Preparations

All livestocks will be packed one hour before collection from our courier. The courier will then immediately dispatch the orders. There are usually additional livestocks packed in an event where there are deaths, these additional livestocks will still make up the quantity that you have ordered.

As our packages are delivered by a third party courier, we are unable to provide the exact time the package will reach your doorstep. Each fish and shrimp are carefully picked and ensure that they are healthy before dispatching.

All livestocks will be delivered on Tuesdays, Fridays and Sundays. If you have any special request, please contact us before ordering.

 

DOA Policy

If there is any dead on arrival, please take a picture of the fishes in the bag unopened and send it to us through any platform. We will replace any dead fish accordingly. As we go through strict checks to ensure that the fishes are healthy, it is the customer's liability to acclimatise the fishes and shrimps well.
