Thanks to the wide range of organic substances and its 30 % humic acid content, AQUAVITAL BLACK PEAT is able to maintain ideal and constant pH values, even under unfavorable conditions. AQUAVITAL BLACK PEAT increases the natural resistance and spawning ability of fish, helps to prevent fish illnesses and inhibits algal growth.
The combination of different filter materials is an important basis to generate a balanced biological equilibrium. The use of AQUAVITAL filter media ensures that the different layers in a filter are matched to each other in a perfect way.
