A tetra collection for people who already know the common ones. These are South American tetras you rarely see in Singapore, from Hyphessobrycon, Inpaichthys, Moenkhausia, Megalamphodus, Hemigrammus and Tucanoichthys to wild Paracheirodon axelrodi (Cardinal Tetras).
You'll find platinum forms such as Moenkhausia Rubra Platinum and Hemigrammus silimoni Platinum, captive-bred fish like Inpaichthys kerri, and undescribed species still sold under location names, such as Hyphessobrycon sp. Rondonia and sp. Jacareacanga.
Most tetras settle best in a group, in a planted tank with stable water. Each listing gives the size and the water parameters we keep that fish in, so you can match your tank before you buy. Not every tetra belongs in a shrimp tank, so check the shrimp-friendly note on each product page.
