The follow-up to Horst Linke's Labyrinth Fish World, with additions to the first edition plus a species listing of Badis and Dario.
Written in English and illustrated throughout with aquarium and habitat photography, it covers species such as Betta aurigans, Betta omega, Betta coccina, Parosphromenus barbarae and Badis laspiophilus. Entries include the meaning of the species name, the original description, systematics, natural distribution and biotope notes from field trips.
A reference worth having for anyone keeping wild bettas, liquorice gouramis or Badis.
